Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1961) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
Her previous position was as Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's radio show and National Public Radio. She appeared regularly on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl she was born and grew up at Yakima located in Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima at West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl had been the US Attorney. She was a NPR legal reporter. She was "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 until 2001, she served as a tenured law professor in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
